I am currently in the midst of dealing with Future Shop in regards to two televisions I ordered over a month ago.
Their customer service is horrible - hours have been spent 'on hold', emails are not answered, and even the supervisors have no answers to my questions.
I have been a steady customer at Future Shop, until now. I am done. I will not deal again with a company that treats it's customers so poorly.
Pricing is decent, but the service there really sucks. They don't care about anything but getting more stuff out the door, and they certainly don't care about getting the RIGHT system out for the right customer. I was looking for a gaming PC, and they tried to sell me some gateway piece of crap, totally high pressure, well never again.
I got two of those "toys" that they call Cicero computer. Nothing but problems after problems. try service if realy want to lose your nervs. I ended up puting them in garbage and going to a computer company to buy computers.
If you place an order with a stock item on the net you could be sure they will send you an email saying out of stock. In the store beware that the box is not open.
Worst customer service ever. You have to be either be very very very patient with these idiots, or you have to be stupid because this is how they see their customers. Never again.
Bought a tv, promised a delivery date, took a day off & waited,it never came. Called the store,said they're not responsible,got the ph no.for delivery guy, voicemail. Went to the store next day, told the tv's been p/up the day before, didn't know where it is now.At last they found the guy,he took it home with him,it finally arrived after 6pm. We complained to the dept mgr, 3rd day, someone threw a potato into our window & broke it...who do you think did it?
