the worst service on the planet. just type " dell sucks" on any search engine and you will see it for yourself.My bigest satisfaction was when i finaly put there BS in garbage.
Bought 2 desktop systems fromm Dell over past 6 years and am very satisfied; higkly recommended. Web site is difficult to use and get reliable prices, better to phone.
we buy Dell at work , i fined them overpriced by far. If you need on site service they put you throgh the hell of try this try that , can you maybe do it yourself if we send you part and so on.
There prices maybe too high but my sister bought a computer from them and she never had major problems with them. But we did have some problems such as the software asked us to reinstall it for some odd reason which was fine by me cause at least it still works. But im still not happy with the computer only cause im not a big fan of DELL. But since the computer works and it isnt my computer but i still use it its alright for me until I buy my computer from a close friend.

The prices may be a little hi compared to your local retailer but you get what you pay for. Bundled software and a very well built machine whithout any "noname" parts. Tech support is excellent and they pay for the call.
