| Sent email regarding Mouse and Keyboard not listed on site. 6 weeks to reply and their response was that the Wireless mouse was a bad investment and never did answer the question. I have never given them a dime nor will I. You should consider that as well. |

| Never go into the actual store. I did once and the service is terrible. I walked in and one or the rep's is throwing a temper tantrum with 2 customers because they changed their mind on a computer part, he was actually getting hostile.Then i'm waiting forever,and i look around, there is like 4 guys sitting on computers in the store doing nothing. Some guy finally helped me, but he wanted the money upfront before i could even see the chasis fans that i wanted.
what a joke. these guys are seedy |

| Their prices are reasonable, however like a previous comment once you start emailing them regarding pricematching, refunds they simply ignore you. Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication on their part. |

| I have had excellent results shopping here and have used this store many times. You can pricematch to any store on the web so effectively they have the lowest prices. I have had some things delivered in as little as 2 days and they are on the West coast. I live on the east coast. Everything has always been delivered in excellent shape. I can't tell you about how returning an item would be as I have never had to return anything. Very pleased with this store. |

| They have excellent prices, they shipped quickly, everything
worked as it should. They do have some strange product listings though,
some items are listed twice are very different prices, and they will
cancel orders for the products that are listed incorrectly. |
